あたりまえの日常から一歩離れ、静けさの中に身を置くことで、普段は気づけない感覚や、忘れていた感情にそっと出会える。
それは、新しい自分に出会うというより、本来の自分を思い出すような体験。

By stepping away from your everyday routine and immersing yourself in stillness, you begin to notice sensations you usually overlook, and gently reconnect with feelings long forgotten.
It’s not so much about discovering a new version of yourself, but rather remembering who you truly are.
